Why
isnt my email working?
There
are a few reasons why your email may not be working. The
first reason may be that our mail server is temporarily
down, which takes an average of five minutes to fix. The
second reason may be that you have an incorrect user ID
or password. Another reason your email may not be working
is that your mail settings are incorrect.
How do I set
my email up?
We
set up your email for you after you select a few options.
First, you need to select a mail client such as, Microsoft
Outlook, or Outlook Express that you will be using on your
computer. Then, you select an email address, user name,
and password, and we take care of the rest. You will need
to setup your mail program with our settings by calling
our technical support department.

What
if I dont remember my user name and password?
We ensure online security and privacy. If you have forgotten
your user name or password, you can call a technician directly
to receive the information.
Why
isnt my website working? How come the pages arent
coming up?
There
are several reasons why your website may not be working.
First, our Websystems server may be temporarily down. This
means there has been a technical error and we will need
to recover it. Wait approximately 30 minutes, and try again.
Second, it could mean our Internet connection is down. After
30 minutes, call an Websystems technician to research the
problem. In specific cases, if you make changes to your
own website, a page may have not uploaded correctly.
My
statistics are not accurate. What is the problem?
The
problem may be that the statistics arent running accurately
on our Websystems server. If this problem arises, contact
the technical department to re-run your statistical report
immediately.

How
do I make changes to my website?
You
can edit your website yourself using any web page editing
software that you are familiar with. Changes can be updated
using FTP. If your website uses more advanced programming,
you can contact your Internet Consultant to discuss the
changes you would like to make.
I just made
changes to my website. Why arent they showing up?
If
you made changes to your website and they arent showing
up, refresh the page on your Internet browser.
Can you update
my site even if you did not originally design it?
Yes,
if you have the site on file or CD. We specialize in site
redesigns and reconstructions for original sites. We can
add interactive applications and customized features to
enhance your current website.

Is there an
emergency number to call if I cant reach a technician?
If
you are not able to reach a technician directly, there will
be an operator available during standard business hours
of 9:00 A.M. to 5 P.M. to report your concern. If you encounter
a technical problem outside of the 9:00 A.M.. to 5 P.M. business
hours, please leave an emergency message on our voice mail
system. Your call will be returned as soon as possible.
